Shipping

We ship worldwide from our studio. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your piece all the way home.

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days and is free on all orders over $150. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for $18. Please note customs duties on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

If a piece isn’t right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll send instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Exchanges ship as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

Faulty Items

Every piece is checked before it leaves us, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll make it right — no return postage required.
