JAFRA began with a simple conviction — that the songs, heroes and folklore of the Arab world deserve to live beyond the archive, worn on the body and carried into the street.
The Beginning
From a grandmother’s songs
Every piece starts with a name our elders knew by heart — Zareef Al Tool, Julnar, Jafra herself. Names sung at weddings, hummed over cooking, passed down like heirlooms.
We translate that oral heritage into square kufic type and hand-drawn portraits, printed on garments built to last a generation.
